JAL Lounge+ 2.1

JAL Lounge+ is an application aimed at enhancing the customer experience by providing a secure and comfortable environment in the JAL First Class Lounge at Haneda and Narita International Airports. This app is the result of a collaborative development effort between Japan Airlines Co., Ltd. and NRI Digital, Ltd.

Main functions:

1. Current Lounge Status
2. Food Order: Customers have the convenience of ordering food from their seats using the app. Once the selection is made, lounge staff will deliver the order directly to the table. Please note that service offerings may differ between lounges.
3. Shower Room Booking: Users have the option to book a shower room through the app. Notifications will be sent to your mobile device when a shower room becomes available. Currently, shower room booking via the app is not supported; please approach the reception staff if you wish to use this facility.
4. Dining: Information is provided concerning "JAL Wine Advisor Motohiro Okoshi" who curates the "Seasonal Wine Selection."
5. Map: The app includes maps of the lounge interior and directions from the lounge to the boarding gate for added convenience.
